Guanaja develops extraordinary bitterness in this masterful blend of Criollo and Trinitario beans (these are rare ones!) that reveals a whole aromatic and complex range of fruit, coffee, molasses and floral notes. Dusted with gold onto the bar to make it extra special.

Dulcey

Dulcey is a smooth, creamy chocolate with a velvety and enveloping texture and a warm, blond colour. The first notes are buttery, toasty and not too sweet, gradually giving way to the flavours of shortbread with a pinch of salt. This gorgeous little bar is dusted with gold to make it extra special.

Bahibe

Made from 100% Dominican Republic cocoa beans, Bahibe takes its name from the Bayahibe Rose - a distinctive cactus flower native to the Caribbean nation. Its flavour reflects the terroir of the carefully selected beans used in the chocolate's production. Milky by nature, but flirting with the edge of darkness, Bahibe (46%) ampliphies the smoothness of milk chocolate with intense notes of cocoa and a touch of dried fruit, before revealing its full fruity tartness and ever so slight bitterness. Each bar is dusted with gold to enhance their decadence.
