Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt
  • The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased in
  • Item/s must be in original packaging with any tags and/or labels still attached
  • The item/s will need to be returned to MoB Shop to be considered for a refund

We have the right to reject a return request for item/s that are not in new condition or in the original packaging. Faulty merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced where possible, if not a full refund will be given.

To return your purchase please follow this procedure:

  • Return the item/s by visiting MoB Shop or via the post using your own packaging. Advise us of the tracking number by emailing
